Training Program Attendance Instructions

The trainee must ensure that the training program content is suitable by reviewing the content on the website and making sure they have the minimum required knowledge to participate in the training program.
To receive an attendance certificate for the training program from (CLS), you must attend more than 80% of the training sessions and commit to submitting the required applications and projects.
Certificates are issued to students free of charge after completing the training, provided the above condition is met. If an additional copy or replacement is requested, the cost is 50 EGP per certificate.
Make-up Lectures: If a trainee misses any lecture, it can be rescheduled by coordinating with the center based on the availability of the instructor and lab, and the cost will be evaluated at the same rate as the private training program.
CLS Training Centers retain intellectual property rights for all training program materials (course content, presentations, projects, applications). Trainees are not permitted to share, sell, publish, copy, or record any of these educational materials.
The company occasionally offers promotional discounts with different pricing. Each client is bound by the agreed offer and is not affected by any price changes, whether increased or decreased.
CLS Training Centers reserve the right to change the training schedule and postpone the start date by up to 4 weeks. Therefore, the preliminary date is only an expected start date, and the customer service representative will confirm the actual start date with you by phone or WhatsApp at least one week before the program begins.

Terms 2 Content

Reservation and Payment Instructions for the Training Program:

To confirm a reservation for a training program, a minimum of 50% of the total cost must be paid. The remaining cost must be paid within two days of contacting us to confirm the actual start date. Failure to comply with payment will result in the trainee losing their right to join the new group and automatically being postponed to the next group based on available dates. The remaining cost will be paid according to the available prices at the time.
To confirm a reservation for previous CLS clients in a new training program, a 35% deposit of the total cost must be paid, along with the remaining cost of the training program, as described in the previous clause.
Please adhere to the specified dates and branch of the training program. After confirming the actual start date and the trainee requests to transfer from one group to another, from one branch to another, or from (online to offline) or vice versa, less than a week before or after the start date, 50% of the total training program cost will be paid as an administrative fee, along with the full cost of the training course before transferring. The trainee is entitled to postpone or transfer only once to the same training program for the next group.

Terms 3 Content

Training Program Cancellation Instructions:

Full refunds will be issued if the company cancels the training course permanently.
Amounts paid will be refunded after deducting the administrative fees due in the following cases:

If a cancellation request is made after joining a group and a tentative start date has been set by the company, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total course value (not from the booking fee). This condition applies from the booking date until one month before the tentative start date.
If a cancellation request is made after joining a group and a tentative start date has been set by the company, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the total course value (not from the booking fee). This condition applies from the date of booking until one week before the scheduled start date.

Reservations are strictly prohibited if you join a group with a confirmed start date from the company, and the training course starts less than a week before or after the start date.
If the above conditions are met, the amount due will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of issuing the refund request. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method after submitting the original receipt.
